Shari Beard is the Director of Operations at The Nellis Group. She is a dynamic real estate professional with over 15 years of valuable experience in real estate sales, marketing, and settlements. Her leadership and work ethic are truly unmatched, making her an irreplaceable asset. Shari's colleagues hold her in high regard as she is known for consistently going above and beyond.
As a Maryland native, Shari makes an excellent contact for relocating to the area. In 2005, she married her husband, Issac Beard, who served as a U.S. Marine. Together, they have created a wonderful life with their beautiful son. Shari's hobbies include cooking, creating art, and loving on her basset hound. She also travels often to support her son and cheer on his soccer team.
