1. Gives you access to all rental properties listed in MLS

2. A Realtor Specialist from The Nellis Group to evaluate all options and work for you and not the Landlord.

3. Guidance on homes/neighborhoods/areas/expectations as a tenant

4. Negotiations on the optimal lease for you as a tenant

5. ** Best part, after your lease comes to an end when you come back to use The Nellis Group to purchase your next home you will receive the $500.00 back as a credit towards your purchase at settlement.
