Letter from Seller
Dear Prospective Homebuyer,
I am the original owner of 7824 Water Valley Court, and have lived 54 blessed years in my beloved home. My late husband and I raised our 3 children here and experienced a wonderful journey of faith, family, and love in this cherished home.
Our home is filled with all sorts of beautiful memories of playing games in the backyard, hide and seek around the house, nightly home-cooked meals, BBQs with family, and the wonderful neighbors on Water Valley Court. I would gladly live here the rest of my life happily. But, if not for practical reasons, it has become wise for me to downsize in this season in my life.
Saratoga community is a wonderful place to live, and is situated among the warmest, kindest neighbors that are my dear and treasured friends. In addition, my family enjoyed so many conveniences in Saratoga - a community pool just a bike ride away, a walkable grocery store, and some family favorite hot spots.
Saratoga Pizzeria is a special and popular gathering place that all the neighbors love and frequent often - the gyros and athenian salad are not to be missed! Being one of the few original owners still living in the Saratoga community, it is with a grateful and thankful heart to have enjoyed the blessings of living in this home and community for so many years. I have taken great joy in maintaining it in excellent condition, and carefully attended to every aspect down to the smallest of details. Rest assured it has been well loved and thoughtfully cared for.
While our community is quiet and suburban, we are convenient to everything. Close to the metro to travel into DC, up the road from the Fairfax Connector, across the street from the elementary school - it is an ideal location in the DMV. Restaurants, shopping malls, parks, and nature trails abound.
I, as well as all my children and grandchildren, will miss our cherished family home. Though I do not know who will next fill this home with love and laughter - know that I pray God brings blessings and His love to whomever that will be. May our family home bless you as much as it has our family. Let us be the first to welcome you to your new home.
Sincerely,
Dianne Dobras and family
