Welcome to our home at 803 N Howard Street, Unit 152 at The Plaza.

One of the things we loved most about this home is how comfortable and easy it has been to live here. We recently updated the condo with beautiful luxury plank flooring, a refreshed kitchen, and a luxurious updated walk-in shower in the primary bathroom, creating a bright and welcoming space that feels both modern and relaxing.

The Plaza community has truly been special to us. Some of our favorite memories have been the summer days spent at the pool with our granddaughter, enjoying the sunshine and making memories together. It became a place where she looked forward to coming almost every day during the summer.

We also loved the dog-friendly atmosphere. Taking our dog for walks around the community and letting him play at the dog park became part of our daily routine and one of the simple joys of living here.

Beyond our home itself, the amenities at The Plaza make it such a wonderful place to live. Whether it’s the pool, tennis courts, fitness area, or the welcoming community spaces, there is always something to enjoy.
