Welcome home!
We have lived in the home on Chamberry Circle for the past 14 years and it has been an amazing experience. If it weren't for our children and grandchildren being elsewhere (which is beckoning us out of the Northern Virginia area), we would stay for 15 more years.
The home has been a friend to us. Such a wonderful house for entertaining. Our 2 children visit here often from out of state with their families. The love that is felt in this home has been overflowing. Thanksgivings find us seating 35+ around the main floor and sleeping 13+ in the five spacious bedrooms. Thank goodness for the many (4) bathrooms! Christmas mornings by the fire and Thanksgiving with extended family and friends are memories we will cherish forever.
The Piedmont community is fantastic. The neighbors around us are eager to share life together. Twice a year we have a community wide garage sale to help with the inevitable need to purge!
While our community feels very quiet and suburban, we are still close to everything. We can get into DC via the HOV ramp nearby or regular I-66 lanes off Hwy 15. Whether for takeout or dining in, we love the many restaurants within 2 miles. So many stores and restaurants! For groceries, there's Wegmans, Giant, Harris Teeter, Walmart, Target, and Aldi.
We are really going to miss our home in Piedmont. It has been filled with so many joyous memories and friends that we will never forget. As we move on to Florida, we will never forget our warm and loving home on Chamberry Circle.
