In 1977, we purchased this property and built the home with a vision of creating a place where our family could grow, celebrate milestones, and make lasting memories. Looking at the beautiful lot today, it is hard to imagine that when we first bought it, there wasn't a single tree on the property. Over the years, we watched the landscape mature and flourish, transforming into the peaceful, private setting you see today. It has been incredibly rewarding to watch both our family and this property grow side by side.

What began as a house quickly became the center of our lives, where we raised our children, hosted countless gatherings, and enjoyed the simple joys of everyday life.

One of the things we have always treasured most is this amazing lot. The expansive outdoor space provided endless opportunities for family fun, neighborhood gatherings, and quiet moments surrounded by nature. Whether it was watching our children play in the yard, hosting cookouts on the deck, or relaxing in the gazebo on warm summer evenings, this property has always felt like a private retreat.

Inside, the three finished levels offered plenty of room for our family to grow while creating spaces for everyone to come together. Holidays, birthday celebrations, school projects, family dinners, and countless everyday moments filled this home with laughter and love.

The deck and gazebo have been among our favorite features. Morning coffee, evening conversations, family celebrations, and peaceful weekends spent enjoying the mature trees and beautiful surroundings have created memories we will cherish forever.
