One of my favorite features has always been the private balcony. Whether enjoying a quiet cup of coffee in the morning, reading outside on a beautiful afternoon, or simply relaxing after a long day, it has been the perfect little escape.

The loft has been one of the most versatile spaces in the home. It has served as a home office, a cozy place to unwind, and extra living space that could easily become a guest room, workout area, or creative studio. It truly makes the home feel even larger than its square footage.

I've taken great pride in caring for this home. During my ownership, I've invested more than $21,000 in updates and improvements, including fresh paint, new carpet, newer appliances, a new skylight, replacement windows, and a heat pump. Beyond the visible updates, I've replaced every faucet and shut-off valve and made it a priority to have the home's mechanical systems professionally serviced. The dryer vent has been cleaned regularly, and the fireplace has been inspected and cleaned every other year because I believe preventative maintenance is just as important as cosmetic improvements.

The community has also made significant investments during my ownership, including a new roof, new siding, fresh exterior paint, and ongoing exterior maintenance, making it easy to enjoy the neighborhood without worrying about major exterior projects.

One of the things I've appreciated most is the location.
