Letter from Seller

Dear Prospective Home Buyer,

Our little family has had the pleasure of owning the home on Havener House Court since 2022. If it weren’t for a work change moving us to the West Coast, I know we would stay for many more years..

This was our first home purchase as a married couple, an exciting step as we grew in our roots in Virginia. Every day, we enjoyed a peaceful stroll with our dog through the neighborhood and spent many summer evenings in friendly competition on the pickleball court. When the weather was mild, we enjoyed sitting on the front patio around the fire pit and taking in the quiet evening.

The Newgate community is simple, quiet, and well-established. A good mix of apartments, townhomes, and single-family houses bring neighbors of diverse backgrounds, and we enjoyed getting to know the people living around us. The community pool is a big hit during the summer, and we loved being walking distance.

Situated close to the primary roadways for commuters, our home’s location made our daily commutes to Springfield and Herndon simple and straightforward, while still providing us with a very quiet, noise pollution-free atmosphere at our house. Within a 3-5 minute drive, we had access to a plethora of grocery stores and restaurants. We frequented Matsu Sushi, Preet Palace, BBQ Chicken and Beer, and Mazzar Kabob. As coffee snobs, we were thrilled to be minutes away from Cafein, one of the best craft coffee shops in Northern Virginia!

Our time living in Centreville is filled with many sweet memories of our quaint townhouse. It was witness to many family memories, meaningful time with friends, and silly shenanigans with our adorable dog. We will always remember and appreciate Havener House Court, and hope it will be the same kind of warm and loving home environment for its next owners.

Sincerely,

The Kari Family
