Letter from Seller
Dear Future Owner,
TWelcome to 1115 Cameron Street #213—a home filled with warmth, light, and so many wonderful memories. I’m so excited for you to experience everything that makes this place so special!
From the moment I first walked in, I fell in love with the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and location. Living in Old Town Alexandria has truly been a joy—morning walks along the waterfront, coffee just steps away, and evenings spent exploring the incredible restaurants nearby. It’s the kind of place where everything is at your fingertips, yet home still feels like a peaceful retreat.
Inside, I’ve taken great care to maintain and update the major systems so you can move in with ease and confidence. The tankless hot water heater, HVAC, and windows have all been updated, making everyday living comfortable and efficient. One of my absolute favorite things is the natural light—it fills the space beautifully and creates such a warm, inviting feel throughout the day.
Condo living here has also been incredibly easy and stress-free. With the roof and exterior maintained by the association and strong reserves in place, there’s a real sense of peace of mind that comes with living here
Some of my favorite moments have been the simple ones—quiet mornings, cozy evenings, and stepping outside to instantly feel connected to the energy and charm of Old Town. It’s a home that truly offers the best of both worlds.
As I pass this home on to you, I hope it brings you as much happiness as it has brought me. I know you’ll create your own amazing memories here.
Wishing you so much joy in your new home!
Warmly,
Brenda
