To the Next Owner of 9815 Ames Drive,
They say a home is more than just four walls and a roof, and after eight years here, I know that to be true. As one of the first owners in this neighborhood, I’ve had the unique privilege of watching this community find its heartbeat. I remember when these streets were quiet and new; now, they are part of a vibrant, established neighborhood that has grown alongside me.
This condo has been the backdrop to a significant chapter of my life, but what truly makes this place special is the community. You’ll quickly notice the lively energy of the local kids who all play together, making the streets feel safe and full of life. From the LCB firepit socials on Buchanan Loop to the spontaneous "wine and walks" with neighbors, there is a genuine warmth here that is rare to find.
Beyond the front door, the location is unbeatable. We are tucked away in a peaceful pocket, yet surrounded by everything you could need. There are multiple elementary schools nearby with fantastic playgrounds, and for staying active, you have quick access to local tennis and pickleball courts (at spots like Dean Park or Stonewall Park) and the Manassas Park Community Center is just minutes away and offers an incredible fitness center, pool, and programs that serve the same purpose!
