While this property does have a gated parking space, the best perk is not needing it on a daily basis. One of the greatest joys of living here has been the unbeatable location. Potomac Place Tower sits just minutes from the National Mall, the Capitol Building, and major federal offices including the Department of Education, Health and Human Services, and several NASA buildings. Just across the street is a newly renovated, modern public library, and the weekly farmers market next to the Waterfront Metro station has become a beloved neighborhood tradition. Over the past eight and a half years, I’ve truly cherished living in this unit and being part of this incredible community.
