The Nellis Group offers the ability for you to self-manage and save the monthly fee.
As described above we will market the property, review credit and all references. We will customize the lease to match the needs of your property.
1 Month's Rent for 1 Year Lease
1.25 Month's Rent for 2 Year Lease
1.5 Month's Rent for 3 or more Year Lease
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We have 2 property management companies that would do monthly management if you do not choose to self manage.
The typical fee to manage monthly is between 8-10% of the monthly rent.
