Utilizing the latest in 3D-capture technology, The Nellis Group will transform your space into a “walkable” online home tour. Buyers can use their keyboards to virtually explore a home as they would in person, increasing the accessibility of your listing to a greater number of buyers.
A TYPICAL REALTOR uses an old-fashioned virtual tour, which is usually just a panorama of images played in video format. This outdated method isn’t nearly as immersive as a 3D home tour.
