100th Home for Charity
Each year, The Nellis Group donates 100% of the commission from the sale of our 100th home to charities serving the D.C. Metro Area. This unique program allows us to spotlight dozens of local charities and give back to the communities that will enable us to help them.
200th Home for Charity
After 37 years serving clients and the local community, our 100th Home Campaign continues to make a significant impact on local charities. Selling 212 homes last year, we were able to make valuable contributions to our local charity partners across the area! This year, we look forward to also celebrating our 200th home for Charity program.
