About Sea Terrace Connection:

Recently we purchased a condo unit in the building and love being at the Beach. Given a professional career in Real Estate we believe we can be an asset to the board. James has had an active real estate license since 1994. Jessica grew up going to Ocean City and her family has a second home on 94th street. Since 88th was walkable to all of the restaurants and on the beach it made falling in love with Sea Terrace easy in the last 2 years.

James looks forward to the opportunity to serve on the board and help make Sea Terrace more enjoyable and the "GO TO" residence for Ocean City!
