Aziz Karawa, a licensed Realtor® proudly serving the Northern Virginia area.

Aziz is a champion for citizens of underserved communities. His origins are rooted in a unique blend of cultures, born to a Tanzanian father and an American mother in Ecuador. While his very early years were not spent here in the United States, he proudly holds American citizenship. To label him as culturally adaptable would be an understatement.

Aziz grew up in Springfield, Virginia and graduated from what is now, John R. Lewis high school. He went on to George Mason University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Focus in Public Relations. 

Aziz has aligned his life with service and leadership. He is the Chaplin of his fraternity’s, Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc. local chapter, a member of the leadership program in his local church, and an active member of his son’s Vocal Parent Group at Duke Ellington School for the Arts.

Aziz’s distinctive background has instilled in me a profound respect for diverse perspectives, a deep appreciation for family, faith, and an unwavering commitment to hard work. As a citizen, I find genuine fulfillment in serving others.
