Crosspointe is one of several subdivisions within Fairfax Station. This community is well-known for its large family-style homes and neighborhoods, and convenient proximity to Washington, D.C. Most people travel to work in the Nation's Capital via Ox Road, the Fairfax County Parkway, and Route 123. Many people also choose to take the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) to work.
Crosspointe, is a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood with mature trees and little through traffic. There are about 5,000 residents in 1,400 unique homes--a change from most cookie cutter Northern Virginia neighborhoods. Crosspointe Swim & Racket is a short walk away, and is a great spot for bonding with neighbors and taking in the beautiful scenery of the area. Ameneties in the neighborhood comprise of two swimming pools, six tot lots, eight tennis courts, five multipurpose courts, two large and scenic ponds (good for fishing!) and a community center.
The area is also convenient; Pizza Hut, CVS, Crosspointe Market, a salon, an animal hospital, and more are located within tasteful shopping strips off Silverbrook Road.
