SPRINGFIELD VIRGINIA

Springfield, Virginia, is a densely populated suburb of Washington D.C. What comes to mind when you think of this gem of a community is FAMILY. Only 2 minutes down Manchester Blvd, Festival at Manchester Lakes is also a very close option for any shopping needs that you may have living in the area. A well-stocked Shoppers Food Warehouse anchors the shopping center, and there is also an Anytime Fitness, Manchester Bagels, Baskin Robins, Baja Fresh, Pizza Hut, and Boardwalk Fries here. 

A little further away, there is Springfield Mall. At Springfield, you can indulge in more fashionable shopping trips. Here, the retail options include JC Penny, Anne Taylor LOFT, Nordstrom RACK, and Macy's. There are also delectable dining options at Springfield that are sure to please. Maggiano's, Chuy's, and Yard House are just a few of the local favorites that await.

 

If you're interested in a more elevated experience, join the Springfield Golf and Country Club. Their 18-hole, 71 par, 6,609 yard championship golf course is absolutely STUNNING. Whether you're enjoying dinner at The Members Grill, meeting up for a round of tennis, swimming in the gorgeous pool, or working out at their state-of-the-art fitness center, your social calendar will stay packed if you decide to join this lavish country club.

 

Schools

Having access to the coveted Fairfax County school system is an attractive bonus of buying here. Forestdale Elementary School, Key Middle School, and Lee High Schools serve this area.
