Please use the following information in order to wire your earnest money deposit into the Re/Max Allegiance brokerage account. This money will sit in this account until the day of closing. At that time it will be used towards your down payment and/or towards your closing costs. Any remainder will be given back to you by the Title Company on the day of closing.
