Laurel Hill is located near I-95 and the Lorton Virginia Rail Express (VRE) and just 17 miles south of Washington, D.C. You can take the express lanes to get to the Military District of Washington and the Pentagon. Fort Belvoir is convenient as well. The VRE goes north into Washington, D.C. and stops include Springfield, Alexandria and Crystal City.
