A U.S. Naval Aviator for 20 years, Jim Nellis joined the real estate business in 1988 upon retirement. Jim is a real estate broker and operates a separate property management company to manage homes for clients who have left the Washington DC area. Jim is also a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. He performs the analyses for buyers and sellers before listing or purchasing a home, and helps buyers and sellers look at the process from the bank/lender standpoint to ensure proper pricing.
Jim lives in Fairfax Station, Virginia. He calls it home also because he raised his two now-grown children, James and Nicole, here, with his late wife and Nellis Group founder, Vicki.
