They host a variety of options with Smoothies, Salads & Sandwiches. As a newly formed Vegan I am always looking for a variety. My intake at Tropical Smoothie in Alexandria, VA is the Sunrise Sunset Smoothie with the Veggie Veggie Wrap... There is a discount if you make it their "Paradise Combo" that also comes with chips or fruit. The recipes are actually on their menu so that you could make it on your own at home if you wanted...
