Tradition Homes is a new home builder/remodeler that does custom work in North Arlington and the surrounding areas of Northern Virginia. Tradition Homes prides themselves on certain standard features that other new home builders do not utilize.

3 Tradition Homes special features:

1. Exterior Trim: Rather than using wood trim, Tradition homes uses PVC that looks like wood trim but does not have the same amount of maintenance. PVC will not rot and is insect and moisture proof.

2. Sump Pump with Battery Back-Up: Many homes in North Arlington follow the landscaping and natural topography of the hills. It is important that a home's foundation is protected from moisture and possible power loss in the home. The Battery Back-Up is a trickle charged battery system with an alarm.

3. Radon Vent Rough-In: Radon is common in the Northern Virginia area for homes. Radon is a gas that can enter a home through the cracks in the cement foundation. Tradition Homes installs a rough-in vent at time of construction through the roof so a fan can be installed if/when Radon is found in a home.

Tradition Homes is just one of the many custom builders you can find in the Arlington, Falls Church & McLean areas of Northern Virginia.
