Re/Max Allegiance was honored today as being the #1 Re/Max Office in the USA. Re/Max Allegiance spans from Virginia Beach to Washington DC and Loudoun County in Virginia. In today's ceremony Vicki Nellis & The Nellis Group were honored as #9 in the USA for all Re/Max Teams and #2 in Virginia for Re/Max Teams.

    This is a fitting tribute to a woman that built her career around serving others. Her Real Estate legacy is in good hands with James Nellis II taking over as the Team Leader. We honor the tradition, professionalism, commitment to the Lord and excellent service that Vicki Nellis provided in her 30 year real estate career.  We continue to mourn her loss but understand it was God’s timing to take her home and we intend to continue her tradition of excellence.  We take joy knowing that she is in her new home and we will carry on her real estate legacy.

       The 2011 Nellis Group management team includes: James Nellis (Vicki’s son), Jim Nellis (Vicki’s Husband), Nicole Nellis-Cockrell (Vicki’s Daughter) and Keith Cockrell (Vicki’s son-in-law).

     Vicki had been grooming James to become the Team Leader the last 3 years and the transition was scheduled for 2011.  James has 16 years of real estate experience with the team and is a nationally recognized real estate speaker/trainer.  Jim Nellis remains as the team appraiser, providing pricing advice for our clients, and runs our property management company. Nicole & Keith work with marketing the Nellis Group, assisting with listings and working on a daily basis with our buyer and seller clients.

      Team synergy resides in our full-time staff and Realtor Partners. Staff Members: Libby Roller, Barbara Schneider, Shari Beard & Sophie Pyle all combine to give our clients superior service.
