Pimmit Hills is a census-designated place located in northeastern Fairfax County, with mailing addresses in Falls Church. The neighborhood is located conveniently in the middle of I-495 (Capital Beltway), I-66 and State Route 267 (Dulles Toll Road).
Most of the houses in Pimmit Hills were constructed in the 1940’s and 50’s, and the neighborhood consists of almost exclusively single-family homes with an average yard size of ¼ acre! Pimmit Hills is known for its beautiful large oak trees and other mature vegetation and parks throughout the neighborhood.
Golf courses and country clubs within the area include Penderbrook Golf Club, Reston National Golf Club, Columbia Country Club and other top-rated courses. There are also numerous sports and recreation fields/facilities, shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment venues throughout the area. Falls Church is home to the Broadale Village Shopping Center, and popular restaurants include La Caraquena, Ireland's Four Provinces, Claire & Don's Beach Shack, and Applebee's. You'll also find the State Theatre, which hosts many popular cover bands, indie acts, comedy nights, and private events.
The Washington Metro System operates the West Falls Church Metro Station within minutes of Pimmit Hills, so all of the action the nation’s capital has to offer is within a quick, convenient metro ride.
