We are running a new contest based on your individual neighborhood called Community Talk. We want to highlight you and your community.  The contest runs from September 14, 2009 to October 14, 2009. Each fully completed entry will be rewarded with a $25.00 Gift Certificate.

 

               On October 20, 2009 we will select the BEST COMMUNITY TALK award- the winner will receive a $200.00 gift card.

 

                Below are all the details for the Community Talk Contest:

                 

10 Total Photos must be submitted:

  (9) photos of area, styles of homes, main streets, parks, amenities, etc

  (1) Photo of you/your family in front of the home

5 Paragraphs in Length of Unique Content for Community Talk Insight:

   Information on the following:

   Annual Festivals, Community Amenities, Local Restaurants, Community Groups, Weekend Entertainment, School District information and any additional information that would interest a new buyer to buy in your community.
