I'm a real estate broker, and operate a separate property management company to manage homes for clients who have left the Washington, D.C. area. I'm also a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. I perform the analyses for our buyers and sellers before listing or purchasing a home, and look at the process from the bank/lender standpoint to ensure proper pricing.

I received my Masters in Business Administration, and went on to work in the corporate world for several years before joining the Nellis Group. The skills i learned both in my education and corporate experience gives me a unique perspective on Real Estate, marketing, and the industry.

Whether it be one of our sellers or buyers, once their real estate contract is ratified, I see the contract through the entire process from the beginning to the end. and final goal of settlement.
I especially enjoy getting to know our clients while working with them via phone calls, emails, and meeting them in our office.

I joined the Nellis Group after Vicki helped me sell and buy two homes in Northern Virginia, and then asked me if I would be interested in becoming a part of the team. I have been here since summer of 2008. I currently reside in Burke.
