A U.S. Naval Aviator for 20 years, I joined my wife Vicki in the real estate business in 1988 upon retirement from the Navy. I'm a real estate broker and operate a separate property management company to manage homes for clients who have left the Washington DC area. I'm also a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. I perform the analysis for our buyers and sellers before listing or purchasing a home - looking at it from the Bank/Lender standpoint to ensure proper pricing.
